Crow Black/Phantom Black

Statement cargo trousers from Kiko Kostadinov's Paris Fashion Week debut collection, the Bindra Cargos are layered, expertly constructed pants that illustrate Kostadinov's high-resolution, detail-oriented design practice. The crow black iteration is cut in a cotton-polyamide-elastane blend that has a cotton handfeel with just the slightest sheen. Its medium weight feels hefty and falls with a unique crisp structure, bridging the luxurious and technical. 

The pants feature a sculpted integrated waistband that curves inwards at the side, framing faux suede inserts at the waist pocket openings. The legs are cut with expandable geometric pleats at the knees at the front and long darts that cut inwards on the back, all nested around zip-closed bellow cargo pockets with floating/convertible bottom edges. The lower leg features zippers along the outseam to expand the silhouette. The features become a waterfall of layered fabric that is especially visible when the pants are viewed from the side--cargo pockets float over pleated knees float over lower legs that unzip to reveal the outseam gussets underneath. The level of thought and complexity put into the consumer menswear staple 'cargo pant' showcases Kostadinov's expert ability in reframing the mundane with his artistic and whimsical yet incredibly serious patterncutting. 

Finished with integrated belt with two buttons, velcro fly, two back welt pockets, and riri zipper hardware throughout.
