Designed for motion, the waist has a low-profile, stretchy waistband with belt loops and customizable OppoSet adjustment for a personalized fit. Gaiters create a tenacious bond to seal out snow yet allow easy access to make buckle adjustments or change from downhill to uphill mode; a three-setting snap adjustment and a zipper at the bottom hem lets you fine-tune the gaiter's fit to match the size of your boot's cuff. Tall, crampon-compatible scuff guards reinforce the inside of the legs and the bottom hem when you're testing out your newly-sharpened edges or scrambling over abrasive rock.
